Reflection
Surprisingly I did not receive negative feedback on my second elevator pitch to make improvements on my third one. I tried to include a lot of similar aspects in this pitch since students seemed to have responded well to it last time. A big compliment was adding in the price points and visually seeing where my customers are sitting that makes them need this product. I wanted to keep those details in order to make the elevator pitch as strong as possible.

    I loved your elevator pitch. I think it's awesome that even though you didn't receive a lot of negative feedback on your elevator pitch you still attempted to make improvements because there are always improvements to be made. I also like that you highlighted what people liked about your pitch. So not only did you improve but you highlighted that parts that were already there. Awesome job!

    You do a great job on this elevator pitch! It shows a lot of initiative that you didn't receive any negative feedback on your last elevator pitch and you still tried to improve this one. It's a great trait to have to always try and better yourself and do your best work. This trait will help you be very successful in whatever you plan on doing in the future.

What's Next

Existing Market.  I think that as the brand launches and we begin to evaluate the progress of the product, then changes will be made accordingly. If we want to create new features then that will be able to be added to the app for an easy solution. I talked to Matt who said he loves the idea because he already has a smart watch so it would be easy to use once the thermostat is installed. He thinks it is a unique idea and said that in the future we could consider adding features such as a speaking aspect like how people can ask Alexa to do things through a speaker. So a possibility could be adding a voice feature for people to tell the Arm Stat what to change the temperature to. I interviewed a girl named Kaitlyn and I told her about how I would love to get on Shark tank and she thought this would be a great way to gain exposure if I was accepted on the show. Buyer Behavior Pt. 2

I have focused my interviews on people who like to have the newest and most innovative technology. My first interviewee, Tim, told me when he is picking a product he does look at the quality and price. Since he is an engineer he likes to know he is buying a high quality product that is worth the price he is paying. My second interviewee, Carlie, said she cares a lot about the style of the product and the price. If she is going to be spending a higher amount of money on the product she wants to make sure it looks good and will catch attention. My third interviewee, Dominick, cares most about the quality and the price of the product. He does not want to finance a product but does like having new technology. The common alternative from all of my interviewees was price. They all would be willing to pay whatever price as long as it looked good or was good quality.
